Weight Training, Nutrition, and Overall Health of your athlete are top priority at House of Baseball. Training starts with the evaluation of your athlete. At House of Baseball we look for his strengths and weaknesses and problem areas, then detailing a plan around your athlete to maximize their potential. This careful planning helps ensure development and reduce injury. This is not your ½ hour to 1 hour training that gives little help and less information to your raising star player. Decades of proven information, Nutritionists, Trainers, Evaluators, Video and communication, Coaches utilized in our program will ensure the best opportunity for your baseball player.
